Task: Handover Outstanding Security And Data Protection Issues
At the end of the Service Engagement, it is possible that some security and data protection issues that have been identified during the course of the Service Engagement have not been completely addressed. These issues need to be transferred to the party responsible for carrying on the work be it the Client, another Capgemini operate team, or a third party.

When Capgemini’s involvement in the Service Engagement ceases, there could be some outstanding security and data protection issues issues that have not been completely resolved.

As a result, the Engagement Manager must issue a final list of the outstanding security and data protection issues identified. These lists, and all related information, should be handed over to the party responsible for carrying on the work, be it the Client, another Capgemini operate team, or a third party, who will continue with the ongoing management of any security and data protection related issues.
